People Department, Cathay Subsidiary Services provides services to Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and its subsidiaries (the ‘Company’), including but not limited to Cathay Cargo Terminal, Cathay Dining, Hong Kong Airport Services Limited. and Vogue Laundry Service Limited.

Responsible for administration of HR activities, execution of elements across the full HR spectrum and delivery of an employee-centric experience.
Handling enquiries of general employee and work closely with line departments regarding on / off boarding and Business Partnering.
Support the formation and execution of people strategies and administration procedures by improving processes and enabling new technology while acting as the system administrator of HRMS.
Identify and implement ways to change the ways of working within the CSS People team, working closely with central People teams and to realise business objectives and KPIs.
Collaborate with centralised People team, by providing input on appropriate compensation and reward packages and HR policies and procedures. Maintain and optimize sustainable workforce with staffing effort, employee benefits, performance management, staff development plan, employee relations as well as wellness programs.
Develop staffing and retention strategies to identify and cultivate effective and appropriate sources for employees for all job levels to maintain an optimal employee level.
Work with the centralised People team to keep abreast of labour market conditions and Government legislation requirements while adopting best HR practices.
Prepare HR management reports and offer insights into people activities of line departments to support sustainable business growth.
Perform any ad-hoc tasks and project as assigned.

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant disciplines, Human Resources is preferable.
At least 5 years of relevant experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ethical mindset.
Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance and related legislations.
Strong at problem solving, planning and data analysis.
Knowledgeable in the labor market trend.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRMS.
Experience in service industry with frontline operations is an advantage.
