People Department, Cathay Subsidiary Services provides services to Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and its subsidiaries (the ‘Company’), including but not limited to Cathay Cargo Terminal, Cathay Dining, Hong Kong Airport Services Limited. and Vogue Laundry Service Limited.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for job posting, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates

  • Assist in using recruitment tools such as job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data

  • Liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and external partners

  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

  • Relevant work experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field would be an advantage

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English & Chinese

  • Detail minded, responsible, willing to learn and adapt changes

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

  • Immediate available would be an advantage
