Production Coordinator

Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination of manpower, material and equipment at the assigned production line according to production schedule and customer requirements
Lead a team of Production Attendant & Outsourcing staff for daily execution of food preparation and dishing according to all specifications, passenger load charts and production processes given by supervisors
Meet daily production schedule to ensure on time delivery of components for next section
Perform meal checking to ensure food quality and consistency as laid out in specifications before passing to next section
Maintain good house-keeping, safety and hygiene standard at the workplace
Heavy duty is required
Requirements
Secondary 6 (the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education) / Secondary 5 (the Hong Kong Certificate of Education before / in 2011) with 1 to 2 years’ relevant working experience
