Flight Services Officer

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in checking and ensuring in-flight meals and equipment are in compliance with airline's standard and requirements in terms of quality and quantity before uploading the items to the high loaders

• Monitor the loading team to uplift the checked items to be dispatched from the high loader to the designated area in the aircraft.

• Hand-over the uploaded in-flight meals and equipment to cabin crews and validate the check list

• Answer enquiries from cabin crews

• Collaborate with operation teams including kitchen, meal assembly and ramp loading services for any ad hoc requests

• Perform any other ad hoc task as required during the entire dispatch process

Requirements

• HKCEE / DSE or above

• Passion to develop career path in aviation industry

• Pleasant and proactive with good interpersonal and communication skills

• Customer oriented mindset with commitment to deliver quality service

• Able to communicate in Chinese and/or English

• Flexibility to work on shift schedule

• Basic computer knowledge

• Experience in hospitality or service industry would be an advantage, fresh graduates are also welcome
