CPCS is proud to participate with Cathay in the Strive and Rise Programme – an initiative organised by the Hong Kong SAR Government that pairs students with volunteer mentors who help them build up their self-confidence and guide them to develop their personal goals. As one of the programme’s supporting organisations, Cathay has invited participating students and mentors to experience an Aviation Exploration Day with visits to its facilities, including the CPCS plant. Participants toured around CPCS that took in various kitchens and the tray set area, followed by an interactive session to know more about CPCS and the airline catering industry. The youngsters were excited and engaged throughout their time with us, and it was a pleasure to show our visitors how CPCS runs a world-class flight kitchen!
