People Department, Cathay Subsidiary Services provides services to Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and its subsidiaries (the ‘Company’), including but not limited to Cathay Cargo Terminal, Cathay Dining, Hong Kong Airport Services Limited. and Vogue Laundry Service Limited.
Responsibilities
Provide clerical support in daily administration and operations of People functions, including but not limited to recruitment and training activities
Online recruitment, social media, employee branding support
Help coordinate and attend other recruiting events
Perform and support any HR projects, initiatives & ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management
Requirements
Undergraduate students in Human Resources Management, Corporate Communication or related disciplines
Good command of written / spoken English and Chinese
A team player with initiatives
Proactive and independent
Hands-on PC knowledge in MS Word, Chinese Word Processing & Excel
